FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1) Is shipping available to all countries? Do you ship to the USA or Australia?
Yes, we ship practically everywhere!

2) How can I check the status of my shipment?
For standard orders you will recieve your tracking number Via Email. For sticker only orders, these shipped with USPS. 


3) I haven't received my shipping confirmation email.
Please check your spam. Sometimes emails end up there.

4) In what timeframe do you send packages?
We ship same day on all orders. If a delay is expected, you will be informed.

5) It's been a month and my package hasn't arrived.
If something like that happens, don't worry! Contact me. The packages are insured, so you'll simply receive a new one. Note, We are located within the US. Orders shipping outside of the US may have longer delivery wait times. 

6) My items were damaged during travel, what should I do?
Please contact me via mail or on Instagram and attach photos, we will find a solution!

7) What are the payment methods on the website?
You can pay by card via Stripe, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
